ABOUT DOMIOR
Specialists for every step. A companion for the whole journey.
Dom is our Artificial Intelligence (AI) companion. It plans the journey, explains each step, prepares what is needed and remembers everything along the way — and introduces a trusted professional whenever specialised expertise is required.
Learn about our Partner NetworkDomior is not a relocation company. We build Dom, and we carefully curate the network of independent professionals it introduces — because the experience is only ever as good as both together.
THE PROBLEM
The work is not missing. The coordination is.
Someone moving to Spain does not have one problem to solve. They have dozens, spread across organisations that have never spoken to each other, in an order nobody explains, often in a language they are still learning.
Every step depends on another. A rental contract wants a bank account. The bank account wants an NIE. The NIE wants an appointment that opened weeks ago and is already gone.
So people search, guess, repeat themselves on form after form, and discover the important things too late.
THE SHAPE OF A TYPICAL MOVE
BEFORE ARRIVING
- Consulate
- Immigration lawyer
- Moving company
FIRST WEEKS
- Extranjería — NIE / TIE
- Town hall — empadronamiento
- Bank
FINDING A HOME
- Estate agency
- Landlord
- Mortgage broker
SETTLING IN
- Utility companies
- Internet provider
- Insurance broker
- International school
STAYING
- Gestoría
- Tax advisor
- Public health service
Every move touches many independent organisations. Each one owns a step — and until now, nobody owned the journey.
WHY DOMIOR EXISTS
Every specialist in that journey is excellent at their part. What nobody owns is the space between them — the waiting, the missing document, the step that should have started weeks earlier. Domior exists to own that space. Not for the sake of coordination, but because that space is where the quality of the whole experience is won or lost.

THE FOUNDER
The problem was never the people.
In May 2023 I moved to Barcelona and went through the whole process — the appointments, the paperwork, the housing search, opening accounts, becoming a resident. I am still in the citizenship process today.
Every professional I met was excellent at what they did. The lawyer knew immigration. The gestoría knew the paperwork. What none of them could do, because it was never their job, was stay with the journey from beginning to end.
Dom is the one that stays.

HOW WE THINK ABOUT AI
Technology should take the repetition. Not the judgement.
Most of what makes relocation slow is not expertise. It is chasing documents, re-explaining the same situation, translating, tracking deadlines, and waiting for someone to say what happens next. Dom does all of that with the person, every day — not to prepare them for someone else, but because it is genuinely his work. When regulated expertise is needed, he brings in the right professional at exactly the right moment.
WHAT DOM DOES
- Plans the whole journey and keeps it organised
- Explains what is happening, and what comes next, in your language
- Prepares documents and reminds you before anything is due
- Answers with information you can trust, at any hour
- Remembers everything, so nothing is ever explained twice
WHAT PROFESSIONALS DO
- Regulated advice, and the licence that stands behind it
- Expertise that took years to build
- Judgement in the situations no process anticipates
- Representation, and the responsibility that comes with it
- The decision that shapes the years that follow
Thoughtful technology and outstanding professionals. Neither one is enough on its own.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We are not trying to replace anyone.
- Domior has no legal, tax or brokerage practice, and it never will. Advice belongs to the people qualified to give it.
- A move is one of the most important things a person ever does. It deserves to be treated as a life event, not a transaction — which is why we would rather be excellent for a few people than adequate for many.
- Trust is built by a person, not by a platform. Dom carries most of the journey himself, and when the work needs a licensed human, his job is to bring the right one in and then step aside.
- Coordination should be invisible. If we do it well, what people remember is the professional who helped them — not the software that arranged it.
- Technology should carry the work that contains no judgement. Everything left over is human work, and it should stay that way.
THE CURATED DOMIOR NETWORK
Curated for quality, not for exclusivity.
The network is deliberately limited, and the reason is not exclusivity. It is the only way we know to keep the quality consistent. Every professional a person meets through Dom becomes part of how they remember the whole experience.
So we add slowly rather than widely: a limited number of firms per category and per city, chosen carefully and worked with properly.
Quality over quantity
We would rather work with a handful of firms we trust completely than a long list we barely know.
Long-term relationships
Relationships are built over years, not campaigns. It takes time to learn how someone actually works.
Consistently high standards
Clear communication, honest timelines, and no promise made on a client’s behalf that cannot be kept.
An international mindset
Firms that are used to explaining Spanish processes to people who did not grow up with them.
WHEN RELOCATION WORKS WELL
This is what a coordinated move actually changes.
- Families arrive with confidence, instead of arriving and then finding out.
- Professionals receive clients who are prepared, with the documents already in order.
- Less time is lost fixing mistakes that were always preventable.
- More time is spent on the part that matters — helping people build a life in Spain.
