THE CURATED DOMIOR NETWORK

A network built slowly, and on purpose.

Dom is our Artificial Intelligence (AI) companion for people moving to and settling in Spain. When someone reaches a point where another organisation can genuinely help them, Dom introduces a partner from our network. This page explains how that works, what we look for, and how to apply.

Apply to the network

Every application is read individually. There is no fee to apply.

WHY THE NETWORK EXISTS

Good professionals are not the hard part. Finding one is.

A move to Spain runs on dozens of different services. Some of them need a licensed professional — immigration, tax, mortgages, insurance. Many simply need a recommendation somebody trusts: an estate agency that answers, a moving company that turns up, a school with places, an internet provider that will install this month, a translator, a gym, a desk to work from.

Dom helps people navigate both. It knows where someone is in their journey and what they need next, and it brings in the right organisation at that moment — whether that is a law firm or a moving company.

The network is who Dom brings in.

Dom complements professionals. It never replaces them.

Dom does not give regulated advice, does not represent anyone, and never signs anything on a client’s behalf. When that work is needed, it hands over to a person who is qualified to do it.

WHY PROFESSIONALS WORK WITH US

Clients arrive ready to work with you.

This is the part we care about most. Dom does not simply pass along a name and step away. It prepares the person first, so your meeting starts where your expertise actually matters.

Less time spent starting from zero. More time spent advising. That is the whole reason Dom exists.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

What makes a good partner.

None of this is a scoring system. It is what we pay attention to when we read an application, and what we talk about when we meet.

HOW DOM AND PROFESSIONALS WORK TOGETHER

What actually happens when Dom brings you in.

  1. 01

    Dom prepares the ground

Long before any introduction, Dom has learned the person’s situation, helped them gather and organise their documents, explained what is coming, and mapped the deadlines. By the time you hear from them, the groundwork is done.

  2. 02

    Dom introduces one partner

When someone reaches a point where another organisation can genuinely help them, Dom introduces the partner best suited to their situation, their city and their language. One introduction, not a list of ten — and your approximate pricing has already been explained, so nobody arrives with the wrong expectation.

  3. 03

    You advise, directly

The relationship is between your firm and the client. You set the scope, you set the fee, and you carry the responsibility. Domior is not a party to it.

  4. 04

    Dom does not disappear

After the introduction Dom keeps following the journey — reminding the person about upcoming steps, keeping the rest of the move on schedule, and making sure your work is never held up waiting on something somebody else forgot.

Domior never gives regulated advice, never represents a client, and never signs on their behalf. That line does not move.

HOW WE FIT IN

You keep working the way you already work.

Domior is not a platform you have to move into. We do not ask partners to change their process, their tools or their commercial model. Dom prepares the client and makes the introduction — everything after that is yours.

HOW WE INTEGRATE WITH YOU

API integration is our preferred way of working.

  • API integration — preferred
  • Email introduction
  • CRM integration
  • Custom workflow

An API gives everyone the best experience: Dom passes structured information across automatically, there is far less manual work at your end, and the journey stays in sync without anyone having to chase an update. Where an API is not possible, email introductions work perfectly well and many partners start there. CRM integrations and custom workflows are equally on the table.

WHAT PARTNERS TELL US

Why partners enjoy working with Domior.

It was never about volume. It is about who walks through the door, and how much they already understand when they do.

And Dom stays behind them afterwards — reminding, tracking, keeping the rest of the move on schedule — so you can concentrate on your part of it.

QUESTIONS

Questions we are usually asked.

Does it cost anything to apply or to be listed?
There is no application fee and no fee to be listed. Partnerships do involve a commercial agreement, but that is discussed with you directly once we both believe there is a fit — never as a condition of applying.
How many partners do you work with in each category?
It depends on more than the city. We look at the languages you work in, your experience with particular nationalities and client profiles, the areas you cover, whether you can work remotely, and above all the quality of the service. In every case the number stays deliberately limited.
Will Dom give advice that competes with mine?
No. Dom explains the process, helps people organise their documents and keeps track of deadlines. The advice and the specialised work are yours. Dom is built to hand over, not to substitute.
Who owns the client relationship?
You do. The engagement is between your firm and the client — your scope, your fee, your responsibility. Domior is not a party to it.
We only serve one city. Is that a problem?
Not at all, and often the opposite. We would rather introduce someone excellent in Valencia than someone generic everywhere.
Do we need to speak languages other than English?
English is the minimum requirement. Additional languages are valued highly and frequently decide which partner Dom introduces for a particular person.
What happens after we apply?
Every application is read individually — there are no automatic approvals. If we believe there is a good fit, we will contact you. Depending on the situation that may be by email or by a call.
When does Domior launch?
Domior launches in Spain in November 2026. We are building the network ahead of it, which is why applications are open now.
Can I work with Domior remotely?
Yes. A great deal of relocation work is handled perfectly well by video and email. The application asks whether you offer online consultations and remote services, so Dom knows when you are the right introduction.
Can my company integrate with Domior through an API?
Yes — and it is our preferred way of working whenever it is technically possible. An API lets Dom pass structured information across automatically and keeps the journey in sync. Where an API is not possible, email introductions work perfectly well.
Do I need to change my existing processes?
No. You keep your own systems, your own prices and your own scope of work. Dom prepares the client and makes the introduction; everything after that is yours.
When are commercial terms discussed?
Every partnership is based on a commercial agreement. We simply do not start there. Terms are discussed once both sides believe there is a good fit, because we would rather establish service quality and alignment first.

APPLY

Apply to the network.

We are not filling slots. Every application is read individually, and we come back to the ones that fit.

  • English is the minimum. Additional languages are valued highly, and often decide which partner Dom introduces.
  • We care far more about quality than quantity, so the network grows slowly and city by city.
  • Dom complements your work. It never gives regulated advice, and never signs on a client’s behalf.
Dom, the Domior companionABOUT YOUR FIRM AND YOUR WORK

Partner application

The form is long because the answers matter. Nothing here is used for anything other than assessing your application.

The registered name of your firm.

Where we can read more about your work.

Where your firm is based.

Helps us understand your firm before we speak.

An approximate figure is fine.

Including partners and support staff.

Who we should speak with.

Where we will reply.

Only used if we need to arrange a conversation.

Service categories

Select every category your firm genuinely covers. Fewer and accurate is better than many.

If your service does not fit the categories above, describe it here.

Where do you provide your services?

Select every area you cover. Choose Other if we have missed one.

Only if you selected Other above.

Languages spoken

English is the minimum requirement. Additional languages are valued highly and often decide who Dom introduces.

Any languages your team works in that are not listed above.

How much of your work already involves international clients?

An honest answer is more useful to us than an impressive one.

How do you normally work?

Select both if both apply.

Can you assist clients before they arrive in Spain?

Useful for matching people who are still planning their move.

A short paragraph. What you do, and who you do it for.

This is the part we read most carefully.

Every application is read individually. There are no automatic approvals, and no place is bought.

AFTER YOU APPLY

What happens next.

There is no automated pipeline behind this form. What follows is a conversation between people.

  1. 01

    We read your application

Every one is read individually, by us. There is no automated screening, no scoring, and no ranking against other applicants.

  2. 02

    We arrange a conversation

If we think there is a good fit, we get in touch to introduce ourselves properly and to hear how you actually work — your process, your clients, the cases you take on.

  3. 03

    We talk about working together

What you cover and where, how introductions should reach you, and what a good client looks like for your firm. This is also when commercial arrangements are discussed — after we know there is a fit, never before.

  4. 04

    We begin onboarding

If both sides want to go ahead, we set up the introduction process together and Dom learns how and when to bring you in.

If it is not the right moment, we will say so plainly — and keep your application on file for when it is.
