Privacy Policy
Domior Technologies S.L. ("Domior", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and processing personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect personal data when you use the Domior website. The Domior service itself is still in development; this policy covers the website and the forms on it.
1. Who We Are
This website is operated by:
Domior Technologies S.L.
Barcelona, Spain
For privacy-related questions or requests, please contact:
Domior Technologies S.L. is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- This website
- The contact, Early Access and partner application forms
- Any message you send us through them
By using this website, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed as described in this policy.
3. Information We Collect
We collect only what you send us through a form, plus a small amount of technical information needed to keep the forms working.
Contact form
Your name, email address, the topic you choose, your subject line and your message.
Early Access request
Your first name, email address, the country you are moving from, your intended destination in Spain if you give one, the stage you are at in your move, and your consent.
Partner application
Your company name, website, location, LinkedIn if you give one, years in business, team size, contact person, email, phone, the service categories, areas and languages you select, and the two descriptions you write.
Technical information
The language of the page you submitted from, which page you came from, your browser's user-agent string, and whether the anti-spam check passed. We do not store your IP address. We store only a one-way cryptographic hash of it, combined with a secret key, so that it cannot be reversed into an address.
Analytics information
Only if you accept analytics: the addresses of the pages you read, the page or search that sent you to us, and your browser and device details. Umami hashes your IP address and user-agent on its own servers and stores nothing on your device; Google Analytics sets two cookies. This is collected on every page you read, not only when you send us a form.
4. How We Use Information
We may use personal data to:
- Reply to your message or your application
- Contact you about Early Access, if you asked us to
- Assess applications to join the professional network
- Keep the website secure and prevent abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal data.
We do not use personal data for third-party advertising purposes.
We do not make any automated decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Every application is read by a person.
5. Legal Basis for Processing
We rely on the following legal grounds, depending on what you send us:
Consent — Article 6(1)(a)
For Early Access requests. You tick a box before submitting, and you may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to privacy@domior.ai. Withdrawing does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew.
Legitimate interests — Article 6(1)(f)
For replying to messages sent through the contact form, for assessing partner applications, and for keeping the website secure. Our interest is in operating and protecting the website and in responding to people who contact us; we have considered this against your interests and rights.
Consent — Article 6(1)(a), for analytics
For Umami and Google Analytics. You choose in the cookie banner, nothing runs before you do, and you may withdraw at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page. Withdrawing does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew.
Legal obligations — Article 6(1)(c)
Where we must retain or disclose information to comply with the law.
You are not obliged to give us any of this information. If you do not, we cannot reply to you, add you to the Early Access list, or assess your application.
6. Sharing of Information
We may share personal data only in the following circumstances:
With Service Providers
We use a small number of providers to run this website. They process data only on our instructions and under contract.
Vercel — website hosting and delivery. Supabase — database hosting, in the European Union. Resend — delivery of the notification emails we send ourselves. Cloudflare — anti-spam verification of form submissions, which runs in your browser and so receives your IP address directly. Umami Cloud — analytics, which stores nothing on your device. Google LLC — analytics, which sets two cookies and receives your IP address, and only if you accept analytics.
These providers process data only on our behalf and under appropriate contractual safeguards.
For Legal Reasons
Where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, security, users, or this website.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
We do not share what you send us with any of the independent professionals described on this website.
7. International Data Transfers
Our database is hosted in the European Union. Some of our other providers are established outside the European Economic Area and may process limited data there — principally your email address, the contents of the notification we send ourselves, your IP address, which reaches Cloudflare directly from your browser when a form’s anti-spam check runs and reaches Umami and Google when you have accepted analytics, and the page addresses and browser details those two analytics tools collect.
Where that happens we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or on an adequacy decision, as applicable. For Google LLC we rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under European Commission adequacy decision 2023/1795, for which Google is certified.
8. Data Retention
We keep what you send us for as long as we need it for the purpose you sent it, and we review our records periodically. If you would like your information removed sooner, write to privacy@domior.ai and we will delete it.
9. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of personal data
- Restrict processing
- Object to processing
- Request data portability
- Withdraw consent where applicable
Requests may be submitted to:
We may request additional information to verify identity before responding to certain requests.
If you believe we have not handled your personal data properly, you have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es) or to the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
We will respond to any request within one month.
10. Security
Domior implements reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any updates will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page.
